Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your Elaicar account or your personal data, you have two options below. Both result in complete deletion of your personal information within 30 days, subject to mandatory legal retention requirements (described at the bottom).

1. Sign in to your Elaicar account at https://elaicar.com. 2. Go to Settings → Company. 3. Click "Delete account". 4. Confirm the action. Your data is marked for deletion immediately. Final deletion completes within 30 days.

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include: • Your full name. • Your registered business name. • The reason for deletion (optional). We will process your request and confirm completion by email within 30 days.

• Your personal information (name, email, phone number). • Your business account and team-member accounts. • Customer records you uploaded (names, contacts, booking history). • Reservation, contract, and inspection records. • Conversation history with the WhatsApp Assistant. • Photos, documents, and inspection media you uploaded. • GPS location history.

Some information must be retained to comply with Moroccan law or for legitimate business reasons: • Accounting, invoicing, and tax records: 10 years (Moroccan tax law). • Payment transaction records: retained with the accounting records above. • Anonymized analytics: indefinitely (no personal identifiers). • Records subject to active legal hold or investigation.
